GenScript’s PCR DNA Ladder is composed of seven bands of 100 bp, 300 bp, 500 bp, 700 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, and 2,000 bp,respectively. The 500 bp band is easily distinguishable from the others due to its higher concentration. The PCR DNA Ladder is ideal for routine agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products or of any DNA fragments sized between 100 bp and 2,000 bp.
Recommended Loading Volume:
5 μl (or 1 μl/mm width of gel well)
Concentration:
1000 ng/5 μl in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5), 1 mM EDTA. For ready-to-useTM format, 1X loading buffer has been added to the marker, and the marker is ready for loading to the gel.
